These terms cover this website and Silvia Ventures OS ("SVOS"), a private internal application owned and operated by Silvia Ventures LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. SVOS gives the company's owner a consolidated view of the company's own finances, clients and projects.
Use of SVOS is limited to Silvia Ventures LLC and people it explicitly authorises. There is no public signup and no customer accounts. It runs locally and is not reachable from the internet.
SVOS reads data from third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Square, YNAB and Google, only when the account owner supplies credentials. Those connections remain subject to each provider's own terms and may be revoked at any time from that provider's settings. The QuickBooks connection is read-only; SVOS does not write to connected accounting systems.
SVOS presents summaries of data it has been given. Those summaries are a convenience, not a substitute for a bookkeeper, an accountant or a lawyer, and they are not audited. Figures may be incomplete where a connection is not configured or a transaction has not been categorised. Nothing shown should be relied on for tax filings, financial statements or investment decisions without independent review.
